A. Application Form which is enclosed with the Prospectus for admission to the course can be obtained from the Office on payment of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) towards the cost of Application Form along with Prospectus.
B. The applicants desirous of having the Application form along with Prospectus sent to them by
post should remit Rs. 650/- (Rupees Six Hundred and Fifty Only) by way of Demand Draft/Money Order/Bank Transfer with due intimation to the office. DD/MO should be drawn in favour of 'Lookeast Eduventures Foundation' payable at Nalbari.
B. Confirmation of admission will be subject to fulfilment of all eligibility criteria evidenced through verificaiton fo all orginal documents and qualifying the Written Test, Interview and Medical Fitness Test.
